REFUND POLICY

Right to Return
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to return the item within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at prettydevastatingworld@gmail.com

Please include your order number when contacting us.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, tights/hosiery are non-returnable if the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a tracked service.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will cover the product price only. Any original shipping costs, import duties, and taxes paid on your behalf are non-refundable, as these costs are non-recoverable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at prettydevastatingworld@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

USA Orders – Taxes & Duties (DDP)
Orders shipped to the United States are sent under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means we pay import duties and taxes on your behalf so that no additional charges are due upon delivery.

Please note that these duties and taxes are charged to us by our shipping partner and are non-recoverable.

In the event of a return, refunds will be issued for the product price only. Any original shipping costs, import duties, and taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from the refund, as these costs cannot be reclaimed.
